This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Khata Zone, powered by Awani Enterprises subscriptions.
1. Free trial
We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the platform before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure Khata Zone meets your needs, as most questions can be resolved before you subscribe.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period (for example, monthly, yearly or a multi-year term). Your subscription gives you access to the plan’s features for that period.
3. Refund eligibility
- If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using the service and our team is unable to resolve it, you may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date.
- Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods, for change of mind after the refund window, or where the service has been substantially used.
- Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing period has begun; please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@khatazone.com from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request. We review each request individually and may ask for additional information.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you continue to have access until the end of the current paid period. Your data remains available to export as described in the application.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
